From enquiry to anchor — a guide.

For first-time charterers, the process can feel opaque. Here's exactly what happens, step by step.

   Enquiry

   Send your dates, group size, and any preferences. Two minutes via WhatsApp or our form. Zero commitment.

2. 02

   Curated shortlist

   Within hours we send two or three yachts that genuinely match — never a wall of search results. We'll explain trade-offs in plain language.

3. 03

   Quote & hold

   We send a transparent quote — charter fee, APA (provisioning fund), transit log, all in. We can hold a yacht for up to 5 days at no cost.

4. 04

   Contract & deposit

   Standard MYBA contract. 50% deposit on signing, balance 30 days before departure. All payments held in client account.

5. 05

   Pre-arrival

   Two weeks out, we send your provisioning list, marina logistics, and skipper introduction (if applicable). Any last questions answered personally.

6. 06

   Check-in & sail

   Saturday afternoon check-in at the marina. Boat briefing, inventory check, and you're away by sunset. We're on call all week.
