Who we are

Giacomo Yachting (Giacomo Yachting, Gästgivaregatan 16, Södertälje, Sweden, info@giacomoyachting.com) is a yacht charter brokerage. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our website and why.

Enquiries and booking requests

When you send us a request or enquiry, we store the details you provide (name, email, phone, travel dates, group size and your message) so our charter desk can answer you and prepare an offer. We keep these records to manage your request and any booking that follows.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We show ads through Google Ads. To measure how those ads perform, our website uses the Google tag, which may set cookies or use similar identifiers and tells Google when a visitor who clicked our ad sends us an enquiry. In regions that require consent, this measurement only runs after you accept advertising cookies in our cookie banner. Elsewhere it runs unless you opt out. You can change your choice at any time — open Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page) and choose Accept or Reject.
